1. Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information
"Personal information" refers to information about an alive individual, and means information that can identify the individual based on the name and contact information included in the information (even if the information alone cannot identify a specific individual, other information, something that can be easily combined with other information and identify the individual).
The purpose for collecting personal information is to confirm the intention of users who want to use the "SolidIT" services and to provide the best service. "SolidIT" is an Internet e-commerce company that provides e-commerce and various regarding services according to the characteristics and preferences of users, and we are collecting personal information within a limited range to solve problems that arise as users use the services of "SolidIT".The purposes for which "SolidIT" collects users' personal information are as follows.

2. Consent to Personal Information Collection
“SolidIT” has a procedure for agreeing to the “Terms of Service” and “Privacy Policy” during joining as a member. You cannot sign up as a member without indicating any signs of consent.

First, "SolidIT" collects personal information under membership registration in order to provide various services such as information for consultations, active customer consultations, and writing postings.
General/ Children under the age of 14 / Foreign members/ Overseas resident members/ Non-members:
- Required items: Name, ID, password, name, name of company or school, E-mail, contact information
Second, the following information can be generated automatically and collected during the process for service uses and business operation.
- IP Address, Cookie, vising date, OS type, service type, usage history, abnormal usage
Third, only for users who have used the services amid of using additional services and customized services or applying for events. The following information can be collected only if users have agreed on personal information collection.
- Delivery address for delivering prizes, recipient name, landline phone number, mobile phone number, E-mail, etc.
Fourth, information regarding race / ethnicity, ideology and religion, place of origin and domicile, political stance, criminal records, health status, and sex life that may infringe on the user's basic human rights are not collected except in the case where the user has consented or accordance with laws and regulations.
(2) Methods of Collecting Personal Information
"SolidIT" collects personal information through the website (membership registration, consultation inquiry), telephone, fax, E-mail, event application, provision from affiliates, and collection tool for generated information.
4. Non-member Personal Information Protection
(1) Non-member Personal Information Request
"SolidIT" requests personal information necessary to confirm the real name even in the case of non-member counseling, and in this case, the information is not used for any other purpose other than counseling related purposes.
(2) Purposes and Items of Collected Personal Information of Non-members
i. Name
ii. Smooth consultation, confirmation of the person's intention, complaints and disputes handling, notification and information guidance, etc.: landline phone number, mobile phone number, e-mail
iii. Prevention of illegal uses, storage of electronic financial transaction records: IP address, date of visit
(3) Non-member Service Application
In the case of non-member service use, all the contents of the personal information privacy policy of "SolidIT" except for the member service contents are applied equally.
(4) Non-member Information Protection
"SolidIT" protects the personal information of non-members to the same level as that of members.
5. Use of Personal Information besides the Purposes and Provision to Third Parties
① Except for information disclosed through the Internet service screen, "Solid Haiti" shall not use the user's personal information for any purpose other than the Internet service provided by "Solid Haiti" or provide it to a third party without the user's consent. However, exceptions are made in the cases below.
- If the user has agreed in advance;
- Where there are special provisions in laws, such as the Real Name Financial Transaction and Confidentiality Act, the Act on the Use and Protection of Credit Information, the Framework Act on Telecommunications, the Local Tax Act, the Consumer Protection Act, the Bank of Korea Act, and the Criminal Procedure Act etc.
- In case where the settlement of fees is necessary according to the provision of services;
- In case where information provided is not able to identify a particular individual and provided for the purpose of creating statistical materials, academic researches or market researches.
<② “SolidIT" may provide and share personal information with its affiliates in order to provide better services to users. If you have provided or shared personal information, you will be notified individually about who our partners are, which items will be provided or shared, the reason why it should be provided or shared, how long and how it will be protected or managed, and if you do not agree, we would not provide or share with our partners. In addition, even if the user agrees to provide personal information, the consent can be withdrawn at any time./p>
③ If you use "SolidIT" service without joining as a member of "SolidIT", the user information entered will not be used for any purpose other than consultation inquiries, announcements, and forwarding marketing information (product introduction and event guidance)
6. Method of Perusal, Correction, Consent Withdrawal (Membership Withdrawal) of Personal Information
(1) Perusal and Correction of Personal Information
If you log in on the SolidIT website and request to view/correct personal information at Customer Support > Q&A, or contact the person in charge of personal information management by writing, calling, or e-mailing, we will take action without delay. However, the membership ID cannot be corrected, and if the name is changed, you can do so after going through identification process.
(2) How to Withdraw Personal Information Consent
Users can withdraw their consent regarding collection and usage of personal information at any time. You can log in to SolidIT website and request withdrawal by writing a withdrawal request at 'Customer Support > Q&A' menu. If you request the personal information management manager of SolidIT to delete your personal information by email or in writing, we will take care of it.
7. Preservation and Usage Period of Personal Information
When "SolidIT" collects personal information of users, the retention period is until the cancellation (including withdrawal application and withdrawal of authority) after joining as a member. In addition, SolidIT destroys the information so that users' personal information collected cannot be viewed or used. If personal information has been provided to a third party, SolidIT instructs the third party to destroy it as well. Also, if the purpose of collecting or receiving personal information is achieved in the following cases, the personal information shall be destroyed:
① Information that identifies the subject of transaction, such as name and address, and internal regulations of "SolidIT” and acts such as the Electronic Financial Transaction Act, the Consumer Protection Act, the Credit Finance Act, etc., can be preserved as follows.
- Records related to marketing and advertisement
- Evidence of Conservation: Act on the Protection of Consumers in Electronic Commerce, etc.
- Preservation Period: 6 months
- Records related to contracts or co contract withdrawal etc.
- Evidence of Conservation: Act on the Protection of Consumers in Electronic Commerce, etc.
- Preservation Period: 5 years
- Records related to handling of consumer complaints or disputes
- Evidence of Conservation: Act on the Protection of Consumers in Electronic Commerce, etc.
- Preservation Period: 3 years
User's personal information shall be transferred to a separate DB after cancellation of membership or achievement of the purpose of provision, and will be permanently deleted by technical methods that cannot be viewed after keeping it for a certain period of time according to the company’s privacy and related laws. Personal information transferred to a separate DB shall not be used for any purpose other than the possession purpose unless it is under the law.
8. Procedures and Methods for Destruction of Personal Information
In principle, after the purpose of collecting and using personal information is achieved, SolidIT destroys the information without delay according to the storage period and usage period. The destruction procedure, method, and timing are as follows.
(1) Destruction Procedure
① The information entered by the user for the membership registration is transferred to a separate DB after the purpose is achieved (in case of paper, to a separate document box) and is stored for a certain period of time (refer to 7. Personal Information Retention Period and Usage Period) and destroyed.
② Personal information transferred to a separate DB shall not be used for any other purpose except under the law.
(2) Destruction Method
① Personal information stored in electronic file format is deleted using a technical method that cannot be played back.
② Personal information printed on paper shall be shredded with a grinder or destroyed through incineration.
(3) Other Procedures for Destroying Personal Information of Dormant Accounts etc.
① According to the Act on the Promotion of Information and Communication Network Use and Information Protection, SolidIT can withdraw dormant accounts that have not used the service for one year after registering, and destroy personal information of users.
② The company shall notify the user of the dormant account no later than 30 days before the expiration date and the details of the notice are as follows:
- Matters of Destruction of personal information or separately stored
- Date of destruction
- Personal information item being destroyed
③ For notification methods, e-mail, telephone, fax, etc. can be used.
④ For the following exceptions, SolidIT can retain information even after a year has passed.

- Where the information and communication service provider and the user set a separate retention period through a contract.
9. Operation of Cookies
"SolidIT" uses cookies that store and frequently find information about users. Cookies are small amounts of string information that a website server sends to your computer browser (Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox, etc.). Cookies identify the user's computer but do not identify the user personally.
(1) Operation of Cookies
① Differentiated information is provided depending on the field of interest of the individual.
② Analyze the frequency of access or time spent by members and non-members to identify users' tastes and interests and use them for target marketing
③ Track the traces of contents that interested users and provide personalized services on the next connection.
④ Analyze customers' habits and use them as a measure of service reorganization, etc.
(2) Choice for Cookies

Cookies expire at browser when you exit or logout.
10. Technical and Management Measures to Protect Personal Information
(1) "SolidIT" provides the following technical measures to ensure safety so that personal information is not lost, stolen, leaked, tampered with, or damaged in handling user's personal information:
① User's personal information is protected by password and encrypted information. However, users' passwords and personal information are likely to be known to others in various ways, such as using the Internet in public places, so it is more important to thoroughly protect them. Therefore, users should not disclose or provide personal information to others, and they should manage their personal information responsibly. "SolidIT" is not responsible for problems caused by these individual mistakes or the dangers of the basic Internet.
② User's personal information is protected by passwords and encrypted information, and important data is protected through separate security functions by encrypting files and transmission data.
③ "SolidIT" uses a secure encryption algorithm to transmit personal information on the network.
④ "SolidIT" monitors and manages the intrusion detection and intrusion prevention system 24 hours a day to prevent the leakage or damage of personal information of users due to hacking and viruses. In case of emergency, the intrusion detection system and intrusion prevention system are redundant.
(2) "SolidIT" recognizes the importance of personal information protection of users, and limits the number of employees handling personal information to a minimum, and the person in charge of personal information management regularly conducts education to the employees. We also regularly check the compliance of the relevant employees with the implementation specified in this policy to correct or improve violations and take other necessary measures.
11. Collecting Opinions and Handling Complaints
"SolidIT" operates a service where users can raise opinions and complaints regarding personal information protection to communicate and resolve problems.

12. Matters concerning the protection of information on children;
(1) In order for a child under the age of 14 to join "SolidIT", he/she must obtain consent from the legal representative in order to sign up for "SolidIT" membership.
Accordingly, “SolidIT” membership is completed only when the legal representative's identity is verified.
The collected personal information of the child's legal representative is used only to confirm consent.
(2) "SolidIT" takes necessary measures without delay when a legal representative requests access, correction, or deletion of personal information collected from children under the age of 14.
(3) If you want to view, correct, or delete, please contact the department in charge of handling personal information complaints, and we will process it after confirming that you are a legal representative.

14. Notification Obligation
The current personal information handling policy was enacted on March 17, 2020, and any addition, deletion, or modification of the content due to changes in government and company policies will be immediately notified through the homepage, and this policy will take effect from the date of notification.
